      Had daughter’s 13th birthday for 16 kids. Paid for extra food. Was refused extra plates for snacks, which the package said was provided and no mention it was o key for pizza and cake. They said , it’s only provided for cake and pizza. Then it was assumed that I brought extra food and didn’t inform and they were going to let it “slide”. After I told the personnel I already told them 3 times on phone I am paying the extra $25 to bring extra food. They should have known. Again planet Lazer fault . Then was told they forgot to charge me for gluten free pizza (my daughter is celiac). So I paid the extra $5 for her pizza. Again their fault . Got the pizza’s. My daughters was wrong . So I complained. They said oh if she hadn’t eaten it they would take it back and order a new . While all Other kids were eating, they expected my daughter, the birthday girl to wait . When I asked what they going to do for me. Said they can’t do anything and can call head office . Then I was told there was no manager on site, but the guy helping me kept going in a room to talk to “someone” about my complaint. I find out later there was a manager there . So after all of that, nothing was done for me. Very disappointed, considering a paid few hundred dollars to celebrate my daughters special milestone birthday.
