    If I could give zero stars I would. I hired them for a deep clean. They didnt complete ANYTHING off their own deep cleaning checklist. The only clean parts of my home were the parts that I cleaned prior to their arrival. They had 2 people in my house for 3.5 hours and they completed what I can do myself in under an hour. Easily the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. I used to be a home cleaner - my expectations were not too high. I would be appalled even if this was a standard clean. This was supposed to be their deep clean. Very inexperienced and slow cleaners. I was excited to have clean baseboards and they didnt even dry dust them let alone wipe them like they have advertised for a deep clean. Not even the toilets were clean. The floors were still dirty, nothing was dusted, the tops of my cabinets, fridge, and all ledges above doors and mirrors werent clean. I wiped down all the surfaces prior to their arrival so theyd have more time to focus on what I wanted achieved, and yet they still dropped the ball big time. I sent them 50+ photos and videos of all the things they missed in their clean and they blamed me for not telling them when they were finished that it isnt good enough. Even though they said anything else you want done from here will be extra charge. They also were running late and claimed that they couldnt find parking and thats why they were late. So I went outside to see that the 2 parking lots beside my apartment were both entirely empty. They lied to me before even coming into my home and the lies continued when they left. They claim they moved the furniture to clean under it but when I moved it I found dust and a sock. Being lied to by anyone ****** me off, being lied to by people taking my money makes me furious. 0/10, would not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money. Im considering starting a cleaning company because it **** me to the core that people are being scammed all over my city by people like this.
