      I had stopped going to this gym for months if not years prior COVID because it was going downhill.
      No need to get into the details of the quality of the gym as the owner will waste more time trying to defend his negligence and argue with people online rather than taking the feedback to improve his gym.

      In any case, my credit card got compromised which is way my payment to the gym failed. As per *****, my payment failed since April 2022. He did not give me any sort of breakdown why I owe the amount he stated. Just a random paper invoice with an arbitrary number. Checking my credit card statement I do see a charge from them which I have attached. He did not to attempt why it is this much. $10.49 as per my statement is what they charge, bi-weekly. $10.49x23months is supposedly what I owe even though he never attempted to contact me (more on that below) is only equal to $241.27 - he sent me an paper invoice he scribbled on during that email with an amount with $358.81. I'm not sure where he got this number from.

      ***** claims he has made 3 attempts to contact me by email but I never received those emails, they were not in my spam folder either. As we proceed further in our correspondence, he said the emails are automatic and we do not do phone calls nor send paper mail to notify for billing issues. A simple phone call could have received this issue. Now he wants to send me to collections without doing due diligence to notify me nor any explanation/breakdown of the invoice.

      Lastly, I don't recall receiving any sort of contract when I signed up for the gym. I do not have a copy in my email either which seems to be his only avenue of conversation.
