    I ordered clothing from ************* in March 2022. All but one item were included but I was promised I would get the article of clothing when it restocked, given I had paid full amount for it. Months went by and I hadn't received article of clothing. Talked to post office workers here and there hadn't been any missing parcels or any undelivered parcels to my address at the time. Reached out to business and they promised they would look into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything back. December 2022 I reached out again after inquiring about any missing parcels again. Business said they would refund me the money for article of clothing. Was never refunded. Reached out again Novemeber 2023. Business owner said they would get back to me after looking into issue hut never heard back nor answered any questions about missing refund. Have photos of email confirmations and screenshots of all times reaching out to Business.

    I purchased a sweater from this company online on December 9, 2023 for $68.74 with shipping. I received a tracking number from *********** on December 12 saying estimated delivery date was December 16. When I did not receive the item I opened a ticket with *********** on January 12, 2023. *********** replied on January 19 that no further activity has happened with the package and that the sender will need to open a ticket to find out more. I reached out to Wolf Pack Apparel via their support email and via ******** messanger on the following dates... January 7, January 10, January 21, Januray 27, February 4 and February 9. No replies and the company has been active on ********.

    I ordered a t-shirt on August 31, 2022 and sent the owner, Craig S*******, the full price including shipping of $38.50. I got the receipt from my bank saying that the e-transfer was complete. I waited a month - no t-shirt. I contacted him on Facebook and by email - NO response. I’m still waiting.
    In fact he ***** $38.50 from me. I’ve sent him notes privately and on his website - no response. Can you please contact him and tell him to refund my money.
    I’m a ****** living on a fixed pension and $38.50 is a lot of money. I DO NOT WANT the shirt now. It was for Sept 30 - Truth and Reconciliation day. Thank you.

    On Saturday July 23rd I ordered a hoodie from this company and after several attempts to find out where my item was - 4x emails, ** messages directly to the owner Craig * S******* - to date I have had no response, no resolution, and no hoodie. ** * ****** ** ********** ******** * *** ***** ** ******* ** ********** ******** *** *** ******** ********* ** **** **** ****** ******** ** **** *** ********** ** *****. The total cost for the hoodie was not cheap at $68.74 total.
