I ordered a printer on March 28, 2024 and paid via e-transfer to Glenwood Labels on April 12, 2024. I requested that I needed the printer by the end of April 2024. After some email exchanges, Glenwood said there was a slight delay and that the printer will be shipped out May 2, 2024. By May 6, 2024, I was still chasing the status of the printer. I told Glenwood that by May 8, 2024 if I do not have delivery of the printer that I would need a refund. On May 10, 2024, I heard nothing from Glenwood and I requested a refund. May 21, 2024 Glenwood said refund is being processed. I also called and was told the refund is delayed due to secondary supplier not refunded Glenwood. But I ordered and paid Glenwood, so I should not have to wait for the secondary supplier to issue refund before I get my refund from Glenwood. My last email to Glenwood did not receive a reply:Hi *******,I still have not received a refund for the printer.I ordered it and paid through Glenwood Labels, not from a secondary supplier. Since the printer could not be delivered in time for me to start my new label project, I asked for the cancellation and refund. This refund should not be dependent on your secondary supplier. Glenwood Labels should issue the refund.Even though I have been a customer since 2000 with **********************, this process of holding back my refund has left me feeling I need to find another supplier for my labels. If I do not see my refund in my account by the end of this week, then I will start a complaint to the BBB and I will start to contact another label supplier.Sincerely,*********************
