I visited Sabai Thai last month for a non-rmt massage. In the beginning of my massage I have clearly expressed where to be massaged and it was also highlighted in my profile form that the massage therapist reviewed. The massage therapist acknowledged my request for area to massage but still continues to massage areas I didnt request for. She first massage my arms where I reminded her I just like my shoulder and neck massaged. After a little while she massaged one of my legs and I told her we can skip the legs as I want just the shoulder and neck massaged. She acknowledged and stopped massaging the leg and said typically she massages the whole body for clients for their whole wellness. She then asked me to turn to lie on my back and massaged my shoulder and she then moved on to massage my chest where there was the towel draping covering my breast and she then started massaging my breast passed the draping inside and touched my private area. I was in shock as I felt violated and I pressed my hands towards my breast to cover. The massage therapist then apologized. I immediately asked her to stop the massage and spoke to the manager privately when I was out.I explained to the manager the situation and she advised this shouldnt be a clients experience there and offered me another complimentary session and gave me her card. I declined the offer as I did not want to go back. With my experience the massage therapist was unprofessional where she consistently did not listen to my requests of where to massage after acknowledging and after several attempts. Being in a vulnerable position as a client in a massage therapy session I expected the therapist to be even more careful with the clients experience especially if they are massaging a vulnerable area like the breast. I would have expected them to ask for permission to massage that area. This was my first experience where a massage therapist continually made me feel uncomfortable and violated.
