    I am writing to formally request a comprehensive investigation into the actions of ******* ***** and the profound consequences his negligence has had on our home, our financial stability, and our well-being. The damage caused to our property has far surpassed the realm of a mere financial inconvenience; it has led to a complete upheaval in our lives, resulting in emotional distress and significant financial hardship.

    Financial Injury and Displacement
    The structural damage to our home, caused by Mr. *****’s reckless work, has left us unable to occupy our residence full-time. The undermining of our foundation, which led to a dangerous sinking of approximately six inches, has rendered the house unsafe and uninhabitable. As a result, we are now facing substantial repair costs that exceed $150,000, an amount we simply cannot afford, and which has caused irreparable damage to our financial security. This financial burden is compounded by the cost of temporary accommodations, the need for additional engineering assessments, and the inevitable delays in completing repairs that were caused by Mr. *****’s abandonment of the project.

    Emotional and Psychological Impact
    The stress of dealing with this catastrophe has not only drained our financial resources but also inflicted considerable emotional and psychological strain.     Main complain, Contractor caused damage in excess of 150k to our house, wont pay up, and is counter suing us to pay remaining bill.
