    I can't say enough good things about Second Sun Services! My shower valve broke and wouldn't shut off. I originally called another plumber who wanted $200 just to show up! Then I called Second Sun. Instead of taking advantage of my emergency, they talked me through the problem, told me exactly what part I needed, and even explained how to get the replacement cartridge for free! This level of honesty and helpfulness is incredibly rare these days. I'll definitely be calling Second Sun Services for any future plumbing needs.

    Searching for a trades people on-line is not always a successful venture. It's often frustrating and unfortunately the integrity of those who answer the call for help is too often in question. However, calling Will at Second Sun Services was the most positive experience of searching for a trades person that I've ever had. Will was prompt, professional and personable. He found the source of a burst water pipe and agreed to get right to repairing the break. Will worked diligently, didn't waste a minute, explained what he was doing and made suggestions to avoid future problems. I will definitely have Will do all subsequent plumbing at our house. I feel relieved that I've definitely found "my plumber" and am going to share my good fortune with neighbours and friends. I highly recommend Will. Thank you Will.
