At every step of the process Thorn's representatives and technicians were helpful, patient, and able to explain the technical aspects of their responsibilities in a way that our staff and volunteers could understand. Couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive and knowledgeable security company. Their customer service level is over the top. This is not the first company I have used or had quotes from but hope that it will be the last. I'll stick with Thorn as long as they are in business. Bonus: they are local and family owned.Thorn Security Ltd.

Fabulous company! Quick response to request for quote, quote came in same day. Setting up the account was easy. Install was well done. Adam was polite and very quiet. Rene and Stacey were the other two people we dealt with, and they were great. It’s nice to have a local company that is well run and has terrific customer service!
