    I ordered a ***lacement sunhood for my nano duo buggy in July, it was NOT compatible despite nothing indicating on the website that it might be an issue. The sunhood was from 2018, my stroller is from 2022. I contacted customer service as soon as I realized the issue and the first response was arguing that it IS compatible. I provided image proof that the Velcro on the 2022 hood and the 2018 hood are reversed, making it so the 2018 hood has the same Velcro side as the buggy. I received another response from another *** that actually this is a known thing and they have an adapter kit for it. There has been way too much back and forth between me and the *** ***s, first the adapters are out of stock so they will send me a new hood set. Oops, the hood is out of stock, we will send that adapters which now have to ship all the way from *****. Ive been waiting for ages now as the shipping method used was the slowest service I imagine. On top of this, I have posted my review 3 times on the website, and its been removed 3 times. People need to know that the sunhood is not compatible in all cases as it might influence their purchasing. Its really shifty to delete an honest review of the product and purchasing experience. Topping off the whole experience, this is a stroller company, people buying are on time constraints for baby due dates while being jerked around by the *** team.
