    My mom is in a long term care home and this was the dental care they suggested I use.I emailed them using the "contact us" form. 2 weeks passed no response. I emailed them again using the same form asking the office is this standard procedure to wait over 3 weeks for a response on their contact us form (keep in mind I check my spam daily...nothing went to spam)I was in dire need of some dental care for my mom and being the one dental care that was suggested to me by the long term facility I called Siver Valet.I told the representative of my non response to emails..she asked if I used the "contact us" form. I said I did. She sighed and said no one looks at those emails. She said I did the right thing and called. Should have been a red flag to me but I continued. Told her of my mom's situation. She was very nice and said they do service my mom's facility. She explained what they could do and not do. Explained pricing. Everything was clear. She said there were forms to be filled out prior to an appt being set. She took my email and said she would send them out asap. 1 week passed.. no email. I called back and got the answering service. Left message saying I still have no email and again gave my email and phone number in case of error. 1 week has passed again. No return call no email. I tried to find reviews of this dental company. I found nothing. No information I will not be using this dental so called care.I had to leave at least one star. I would have rather left nothing
