    I ordered a door and window package from North Shore Door for a house in Vancouver. The service was fine during the window selection phase and through to the placement of the order. The main order came in on time. However, I had to order one additional window to complete the package, and the proved to be very frustrating. The estimated time for delivery came and went. Multiple phone calls went unanswered and I had to chase and chase to track down this one orphan window. In the end, it was very frustrating and very much soured my view of North Shore Door. I don't have time to chase and wait and chase and wait.
