5 starsHands down the best service provider we have ever contracted for our home! Farnam thoroughly inspected the issue with our oven, carefully diagnosed the problem, had me purchase the replacement part to reduce my costs and quickly returned to fix it. He also fixed a problem with one of the burners at the same time at no extra charge. He is professional, reliable, honest and hard working and provides the service at an excellent value! We used merit to fix our old fridge which wasnt getting to temp. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Leading up to (and after the job was complete) he continued to periodically check in with me via text to make sure that the fridge was operating properly / diagnose any issues. My washing machine stopped working, and Im so glad I found Farnam from Merit! He was on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and to my surprise, didnt even charge me for his first visit. After I got the new pump, he came back and fixed everything perfectly. On top of that, he went above and beyondreplaced the hose, reduced the spin noise, and spent extra hours making sure everything was working smoothly before leaving (after midnight)! He was well-organized, worked very cleanly, and gave me a fixed quote upfront, sticking to it without charging a ***** more for all the extra work and time. Now, my machine is working better and quieter than before, all for an incredibly fair (even low) price. To put this in perspective, another company charged me $130, spent only 10 minutes, didnt open a single screw, and quoted me $900 to fix it or recommended I should buy a new machine instead.Farnams work is impressive, and Im relieved to know who to call next time.Merit Electric Corp.
