    I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with this contractor. He initially serviced my heating system in December 2023 and later installed a hot water tank. The first installation was the wrong model which had to be removed. He admitted that it was the wrong unit. He replaced it with a second unit that cost under $2,000 but I was charged over $8,000 despite repeatedly asking for a final invoice. I received nothing for over a year and when I did receive it suddenly and aggressively, it was sent to collections about a month after I received it. He had assured me that payment wasn't important for a year and became involved with me on a personal level. He hid significant details about his identity and marital status. He later admitted to providing another name, misrepresenting his background and being married. This deeply affected my personal life and trust. In January 2025 he showed up at my home pounding on my door and demanding payment in a threatening tone. I have never experienced a tradesman showing up at my door and demanding that I "pay the f**ing invoice", especially after 1 month of receiving it.I do not recommend him based on my experience, and his dishonesty, overcharging and inappropriate conduct. Very unprofessional.

    We received a service call regarding no hot water at a residential property. Upon inspection, we found that the indirect water tank installed was undersized for the propertys needs and defective. The tank was not under warranty, and the homeowner had previously disclosed financial hardship.The tank was manufactured in the ***, and since the customer was the second owner, it did not qualify for warranty coverage. Despite this, we leveraged our professional connections with the manufacturer and were able to obtain a warranty replacement. However, the warranty only covered the same size and modelnot the larger capacity unit required for the property.We discussed this limitation with the homeowner, and she agreed to proceed with the replacement. We placed the order, paid for shipping costs, and completed the installation, providing the necessary photos and documentation to the manufacturer to process the warranty claim.Approximately one week later, we met with the homeowner again to evaluate performance. She confirmed that the hot water supply remained insufficient, and she agreed to upgrade to a larger capacity tank.We then removed the first tank, sold it on her behalf, and gave her the full proceeds in cash, which exceeded her expectations.A new 80-gallon stainless steel indirect tank with lifetime warranty was installed. Due to differences in design and layout, we had to replace all associated piping, fittings, sensors, and components, requiring a second full installation. We registered the new tanks warranty under her name.Throughout the process, the customer continued to claim financial hardship. Out of goodwill, we offered installment payment options, which she initially accepted. We also performed additional repairs, including fixing her heat pump at no charge, hoping to maintain goodwill and secure eventual payment.After installation, she ignored all communicationsincluding calls and multiple emails. Eventually, we discovered that she is a financial advisor with multiple businesses and resides in a multi-million dollar home, contrary to her earlier claims of being financially distressed.The total cost of materials, parts, labor for two full installations, shipping, and servicevalued under $8,000 (tax included)remains unpaid.Given the circumstances and consistent avoidance, we were left with no choice but to involve legal counsel and initiate proceedings through a collection agency to recover the outstanding balance.

    ***** went above and beyond to help us figure out the best air exchange system that was going to be required by ******* for our ********* it turned out ******* allowed use a passive system instead, but even after all the time ***** put in he was just happy that we were able to go with the much less expensive option.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend ***** - really excellent service.

    Peter was first referred to us by a dear friend of ours who had their hot water tank replaced as well as Air conditioning unit. They raved about how honest, professional, thoughtful he was...we found out shortly how true that was in person. This weekend, for some reason, our hot water tank started leaking and we had zero hot water. I called Peter and he came right away after his last job . He spent almost 3 hours, trouble shooting and tried everything to fix it but at the end of the day we decided it was best to switch to a tankless because we have had numerous issues with the hot water tank. I told him that I needed to pay him for his time but he refused payment because he said he was unable to resolve the issue that evening. I was blown away since any company we used regardless of what the issue was, they would charge for their time. Plus it was on a long weekend no less. He was so accomodating and came early the next morning to install the tankless unit because we had to be out of the house by 1:30 pm . I can't express how truly impressed I am by his thoughtfulness, expertise,honesty and professionalism. You will not find anyone this dependable and honest. We had hot water the next day and we are so grateful. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone. He went above and beyond and his kindness and toughtfulness will not be forgotten,
