      We recently asked vanheat services to install a heatpump for our 22 years house, they send their best Tech to explain and give us options, he was so patient with us and finally we decided to go with vanheat, they performed the best job ever ' so neat and professional ' they also provide all the documents needed for the rebate as well. Its nice to have such people around these days. We definitely will use them again.

      Only company that responded to my email & phone requests to replace my furnace. Showed up next day and replaced my furnace, very friendly and easy to deal with. Furnace is amazing, and would recommend them to anyone.

      Vanheat Heating services technicians did a good job replacing my old furnace.The techs were punctual and **** was very knowledge and helpful.The techs clean up after the installation without leaving a mess. I am satisfied with the service.

      Beware of Vanheat Services , they dont honour manufacturer warranty . We had a new furnace installed by Vanheat on October 27 / 2022 . First problem was that Vanheat put a gas line in front of the air filter door , I couldnt get my filter in or out . I called Vanheat and they came out & fixed the problem with a flexible gas line . Second problem , on March 19 I smelled gas & I called our gas supplier & was told to wait outside for a technician . The technician told us that we had a gas leak & told us to call our installer ( Vanheat ) . Vanheat sent out our furnace installer the next day March 20 & he checked our furnace and told us that he checked & couldn’t find a gas leak & turned the gas & furnace on . Two days later I smelled gas again & i again called my gas supplier & was told to wait outside for a technician . My gas supplier sent out a different technician & once again I was told that I had a gas leak in my furnace & the technician turned everything off again & told me to call my installer . I called Vanheat as soon as my gas supplier technician left & was told by Vanheat that they weren’t going to waste their time because they checked my furnace & found no gas leaks , when I received that response from Vanheat , I hung up the phone . I had to call another gas company to fix my gas leak problem . Why Vanheat refused to come out and fix the problem , I don’t know . The warranty by the manufacturer states that free parts & labour for one year . Vanheat services wrote in response to my first BBB review , that any company could take advantage of the one year warranty & I should not only call Vanheat services , this is exactly what Vanheat wrote. Why should I have to call another company to fix a gas leak . I should only have to call Vanheat , because they installed my new furnace .My furnace is only 5 months old & Vanheat should honour manufacturer warranty , **** very disappointed .

      You said to beware of Vanheat?!!! we sent you 3 times technicians for free for the problems that were not made by Vanheat, for 1-Gas line re-layout, (free) 2- Filter door wouldn't open (free) 3- ******* smell check (free) so still you think people can't rely on us?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, No sir; ****** check our credentials Our Tech came for free and checked the gas leak and used a digital detector and even the soap in front of you because you were there the whole time, and both didn't see any bubbles, correct?that s why we said we don't believe any leak and you can get a second opinion and never said "We don't want to waste our time"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but you hung up the phone and didn't let us inform you more, about how the warranty works, Plus your system had 10 years manufacturer part warranty, but the new tech from a new company tooka advantage of you and charged you for the part because you didn't have info about the warranty, that's not vanheat fault, although we mentioned it on the furnace buying contract.I wish you would let us inform you about the warranty and wouldn't hang up the phone. You can not expect us to come and get the same result, we respectfully said try another company too, as it should be still free, But since you didn't know how the warranty works, you did a mistake, Now everyone knows that its not Vanheat s fault, Sometimes it's not possible to make everyone happy, even when you are doing your best.We are still sorry for your bad experience, your system still, has one year warranty since installation day with vanheat , call us if you need us.

      The warranty specs were very clearly written on your invoice, and explained thoroughly, to you and we even remember you insisted to extend the warranty and we did, so we are shocked that you have paid the new company for parts?!! we installed a furnace for you with 10 years manufacturer warranty, which means, it doesn't matter what company shows up, the furnace due to the model number has 10 years warranty for parts, we explained it thoroughly when we were writing your invoice, but when we tried to remind you about the warranty you hung up the phone,!!!!!!We didn't come because even with old school method ( Soap bubble) there was not any gas leak, and you were our witness while we were doing the test, so since we couldn't help, if we would come again and say the same thing, ( we shouldn't be honest? !!!) we asked you to hire the second company for a second opinion which it was supposed to be free, so, vanheat tried to help, but you hung up the phone while you were yelling !!!!!the whole time we were serving you for free, what else we could do!!!! we did the job for your installation, in the crawl space the whole day without having even lunch and we remember how happy you were with our job, and now "Beware of van heat???!"

      Had Vanheat change my furnace 4 years ago a kind gentleman came in named ****** he quoted, explained, replaced and cleaned exceptional service.. fast forward 4 years cant find my receipt for purchase called vanheat spoke with ***** and he remembered us hows that for service came out same day and fixed our furnace as a bonus he checked our hot water tank and informed us if a leak .. thank you ***** great service

      What a fantastic company. Arrived quickly for a pilot light issue on a very old furnace (34 years). Determined very quickly that the Furnace was no longer functional or safe. New install was the best option. Shawn and his team arrived promptly for the new furnace install appointment and proceeded to put in a new furnace. The venting codes changed so the old vent needed to be completely relocated. They figured out how to best vent it to an unused side yard storage area where it is basically invisible. The team was super kind, polite, explained everything before and after in great detail. Quote was honored. Explained how to apply for the applicable ** ***** rebate and even returned the next day to re-adjust the humidity function due to the heavy rain. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again.
