    I was very pleased with the price and service provided by *** at Mannix. I talked to at least five different companies before deciding to let *** come over and assure me that his low price (in comparison to the other companies) to install and purchase a new Rheem water heater would not include any hidden costs. He dropped by the same day of the call and told me that he could install it tomorrow which was a pleasant surprise as some of the other reputable companies told me that they couldn't come for at least a week. Everything is working great and I will be sure to call him again if I have problems with my furnace or gas fireplace. Thanks ***!

    Mannix installed an air conditioner in spring prior to the hot summer. Ray did an exceptional job and installed the unit in one long day.
    Our home is now comfortable in winter and summer. We appreciate their service and recommend them to all.
