    My Ebike got ****** at my home parkade on May 18th 2023. The day after I called my insurance, ********** (*******************************) and they opened a case with the company that takes care of the claims, hence Maxwell (also notified Vancouver Police, [report # **********). Today it has been two months I still did not have any compensation from them. They never call me and every time I call them they barely get back to me. It is really annoying and frustrating. They told me that, since the compensation it is based on cash value only, and I bought the bike in July 2019 for $1700 ca, they cannot find a comparable for the value and I had to tell them and forward them the information...I am basically doing their job while I am doing mine...so basically I am losing my time at work because of them. Please contact them and find a way to resolve this issue. Thanks,
