    I would put zero stars but there is no option. I want to share my experience so others dont have the same experience. *************************, the owner of Golden Star Jewellers, appraise my ring valuing it at $19,600, using a 2021 Rapaport, this was on Jan 19, 2023. He did not take my ring to conduct the appraisal. This all didnt seem right so I took the ring to CGL (******** ********************* to have renowned gemologist ***************************** appraise the ring, he found the stone to be Moissanite and appraised it at $1500. The diamond turned out to be a Moissanite with a natural GIA ******* I saw another appraisal of a very similar ring to mine appraised by ***. Both diamonds on the two appraisals I later discovered are actually for sale in *******. I wish no one to go through this, it was a horrible experience and I was I was deceived.

In addition, we did not sell to you any jewellery or we have not any knowledge of any jewelry that you purchased from out of our store or how much you might paid for it.Furthermore, we note a discrepancy between the ********************** numbers presented by ***************** ***** **********) and yours ***** **********), which indicates the possibility that the two pieces might not have been the same or switched by someone else. And our appraisal was conducted just based on your presented *** certificate and we did not keep your ring at the store. In addition, in our appraisal certificate there is a clearly note: We assume no responsibility for any claims of any kind by reason of negligence or otherwise.We sympathizes with you if you have been the victim of any alleged fraud and have suffered losses. However, you are strongly advised to seek an appropriate remedy with the responsible party who allegedly sold to you a fake diamond ring.

    We didn't sell any items to this customer, She purchased a diamond ring online and came to my store with *** certificate to get insurance appraisal. For the first time she came, I checked the diamond and certificate and both was same. for the second time I've just got her certificate . I prepared the appraisal base on her ***.
