    I purchased an 18-karat gold necklace from ************ located in ********, ***************. Unfortunately, within just one month, the necklace began to fall apart and break, despite very minimal use.When I returned to the store and explained the issue, I was met with no support or solution from the owner. Instead of standing by the product or offering a repair or replacement, he simply told me that he could not do anything and offered to buy it back for $1000 less than the original purchase price, essentially pressuring me to buy another item instead.This experience was incredibly disappointing, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I expected much more professionalism and integrity from a jewelry store, especially when dealing with expensive pieces.

    Dear ****************** is to certify that Ms. ******* ******** purchased a woven gold necklace from our store on February 15, 2025, based on the gold market rate and applicable labor charges at the time.
    Approximately two months later, she returned with the broken necklace. Upon inspection, it was determined that the necklace was beyond repair and could not be restored. As such, we offered to purchase the broken necklace at the current gold rate, in accordance with standard procedures for second-hand gold jewelry transactions.
    Since there was no exchange or replacement warranty provided at the time of purchase, we were unable to offer a replacement. However, in the interest of resolving the issue and assisting the customer, we remain willing to buy the broken necklace at the current market value of gold.
    We hope this solution will help address her concerns.
