    The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off a prepaid package to ship June 30. The person at the front did not put the commerical invoices in a plastic sleeve (as I have experienced at other UPS stores in the area) and basically threw my package on the floor. My spidey sense told me to get a receipt of which I did and I am glad I did because my package was not shipped the day I dropped off (and I dropped off well before driver pick up). I contact UPS today which is 5 days after I dropped off my package and they tell me that my package is still at this UPS store. I pay a visit to the UPS store and the clerk (who was the same person who took my package 5 days ago), when I ask about my package starts yelling and screaming at me and tells me to deal with UPS and that this issue is not her problem. I then tell her that UPS has confirmed that the package is in the store somewhere and can she look for it and I will take it elsewhere. More screaming and yelling. All I can say is WOW, if this person is the owner, I am amazed that they are continue to stay in business.
