      Hello.This complaint is in regards to arrears they say I owe. I do not agree with what they say is owed. **** are been difficult to deal with and spook to a laywer that said this issue is best to go through the ** first.**** say I owe for 5 months and 5 months arrears. From *** to March. When I send my documents in ***. **** were sent a money order for *** and checks for Feb,March, April and May. When Feb did not process I thought nothing g as they are always late I processes and received not emails from them that there was an issue. I did not hear from them till end of March when they told me I was 5 months been.Once they were proven that *** was infact paid they then proceeded to tell me I owed for June now, not ***. June payment was not even do yet at this time. So I send in all my reminding checks from June till Dec. June proceeded. **** then again proceeded to tell me I owed for June, when at this time June and july payments have processed. Once again I ask them to clarify as I don't agree with them thinking they would look, nope still trying to say I owe what I don't. This has happen in the pass where they made me make payments I had made and could prove. **** never put the checks though on time, complete neglect and miss management of this account at my expense and to find out a year a half ago, that both my morgage through them have never been reported to the credit bureau. You can't deal with these people and as I the pass the last time this happen, they were so rude and ignorant on the phone, I refuse to speak to them other than email. I have had these accounts with them since dec 2013,

      Here is the response from our administration manager ******* *******.

      ***** ****** has a first and second mortgage which Pioneer West administers for both lenders. The first is held with a private investor and the second with a MIC. We collect the payments and forward them to the lenders to deposit. 

      The borrower is unfortunately behind on her mortgage and frustrated. We are attempting to work with her to try and get her up to date so she can avoid a demand letter. We only collect payments that are agreed by both the lender and borrower set out by the Mortgage Documents & subsequent Renewal Agreements. We dont collect duplicate payments.

      The status of the loans is as follows:

      1st Mortgage: 
      -Recently renewed and up to date
      2nd Mortgage:
      -January payment was received late which resulted in it incorrectly being seen as *** which has since been accounted for.
      -February, ****** ****** *** are still outstanding confirmed as of today.
      -The borrower didnt provide all the post-dated cheques up front for the full term which is why someone collected June ? December payments
      -It is common practice for monoline lenders to not report to the credit bureau

      ***** ***** is the Pioneer representative dealing with ***** ****** and Kasia has left numerous phone messages and they have not been returned.  We suggest that she contact Kasia to resolve this.  We would like this to be resolved also but need ***** ****** to contact ***** ***** to go over the payment history to make sure all payments have been credited by the lender.,
