  Bryan and his crew are very efficient, professional and courteous. They painted the exterior of the complex and we were happy with workmanship and quality of the crew. They were good at working with all the complex owners to create a schedule that worked for everyone. We would definitely use them again. 5 stars all around! As a strata council member we work with many contractors and Bryan and his crew are at the top of the list.

  I found Altenburg Painting on the BBB website. Took a chance on contacting Bryan after seeing the good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. Bryan responded to my call and immediately came to my house to survey the work involved. He was upfront about his schedule and did his best to accommodate my timetable as I had guests arriving from out of town. Bryan was very knowledgeable with colours and he guided us with our choice of paint for the exterior of our house. The end result was impressive. We are very happy with the work done by his team and we plan to call Bryan again when we are ready to repaint the interior of our house.

  *** ****** ** ********** hired Altenburg Painting to re-stain the shingles on the outside walls of each unit. * ***** ******* *** * **** ******* ******* As the result of over ten years of exposure to sun and the elements, the shingles varied widely in condition and colour. We were apprehensive as to what the finished job would look like. We wanted uniform coverage but we also wanted the natural grain of the wood to shine through. With utmost patience, Brian thoroughly explained each step of the process. He talked about the importance of saturating each shingle, which in some cases took four coats. He even invited each owner to call him if they had any concerns. The end result was outstanding! Our strata’s ‘face lift’ has dropped ten years off its age. Brian’s close knit team, headed by the wonderful Nassim, were pleasant, efficient and meticulously tidy. It was a great experience working with Brian and we look forward to having him back for our next project.
