    Hired to fix a shut off valve in an upstairs bathroom, and due to his employee turning on the mains this resulted in water pouring through that room, and into the dining room ceiling in the level below. 3 hours later we had water coming out of the dining room ceiling, and this plumber absolutely refusing to contact his insurance which laid the burden of his error on us. He also tried to gaslight us into just painting over it which would have caused black mold in our home (based on information from the restoration company we had to hire to fix this). He's still completely ghosted us since which is incredibly unprofessional behaviour after his employee directly caused the problem with us witnessing it at the time.
