    The plumber looked at two toilets in my home. He installed a new **** pump in the first toilet, after trying to instal a generic one first that didn't fit. That took less than 30 minutes. The second toilet was dripping, and he recommended I buy a flapper I can install myself. That took at least another 45 minutes.The problem is the emailed invoice amount is approximately $100 more than the price he gave me when he left, having shown me the calculations of time and parts on his tablet. When he rang me today to discuss this he said the office must have made an adjustment. They take your credit card number at time of booking, but they inflate the invoice after the appointment. $524.80 after tax for a single universal fill valve to be installed!

    I hired this business for a simple toilet instal and to remove my old toilet and take it away.The technician showed up late, didnt have the necessary tools to do the work, made four trips to his vehicle, having to go through my apartment each time to exit the building, didnt have anything to put the old toilet on, to take it out or my apartment. I lent the technician my dolly, which was damaged in the process, the job took far too long to do and when I called to speak with the office manager, I was told I would get a call back, and never have. They charged my credit card without my approval after telling me they take the credit card number to hold the booking and that they wouldnt use it. I will never go with this business again, I had told them that I was on a fixed income and couldnt afford more than $350, I was assured that it wouldnt be more than that, as it should only take an hour to do, not 3.5 hours, but I felt that the technician was taking far too long and shouldve showed up with everything needed, instead of making long trips to his vehicle outside. I do not recommend this business for your toilet install or plumbing needs.
