      BIG FEET *************** LOCATION ? 1-Star Review Traumatic ***************** Accountability I came in expecting a therapeutic and relaxing massage instead, I left completely traumatized. As someone who is blind and in a vulnerable position with head down when taking a massage, I trusted that I would be in a safe, professional environment. Sadly, that was not the case.Before my session began, I placed my gold diamond earrings a sentimental gift from my mother beside me on the table, trusting theyd be safe. When I woke up after the massage, one of them was gone.I filed a police report and got a professional appraisal confirming the earrings value. Despite all of that, the business took no accountability, showed zero empathy, and treated the situation as if it didnt matter. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to take any responsibility were truly appalling.What should have been a peaceful afternoon turned into a deeply emotional and chaotic environment. I was left heartbroken and violated. Customers beware my own personal experience has led me to believe that this business does not care about your safety, your property, or your well-being.
