      3 of us each purchased a Intro to Ski Level 1 group ****** and a Level 2 ********* ****** from the business' website on Dec. 14, 2024. Each of the ******s is supposed to include a 2-hour ****** and free use of the Mt Seymour shuttle bus from ******. The business did not provide us with the shuttle service as per their schedule. The 12:30pm one we waited to take to reach the resort was cancelled without any notice, we ended up reaching 1 hour later and missed half of the first 2-hour ******. After finishing the remaining half, the 5pm bus also left earlier than 4:50pm. We wasted 3 hours in total waiting for their buses on Dec. 21. As we could not take the full 2-hour ****** on Dec. 21, the coach confirmed we were not qualified yet for level 2 ****** which was booked for Dec. 23. We requested to cancel our level 2 ****** of Dec. 23, but the business has never given us any refund.We tried hard to contact the business via email, phone call and in-person communication since Dec. 21. They have never answered our emails or calls till date. When we reached the resort on Dec. 21, we managed to talk to their employee responsible for guest experience about the solution. She said their ****** counselor would contact us on Dec. 22, and if not we could write her email. Unfortunately we did not receive any update from them on 22nd, so we wrote them emails again. I did get a call from her 4 hours before level 2 ****** on Dec. 23. She proposed a solution: they provide us with the 1-hour intro ****** credit for us to purchase more ******s or food etc. from them when we go; they let us we go to the level 2 ****** as booked, and will see if they need to split the group and assign a coach for us. I responded that I needed to discuss with my friends first, not sure if we could accept this. After discussion, we tried to contact her again as we still wanted refund for 1-hour of the intro ****** and 2-hour of the level 2 ****** to our bank accounts. However, they did not reply anymore.
