    A&W at *************************************** - ********** Ottawa.Very poor service at the drive-thru on2025-5-15 @ 3:54 pm. Employee refused to honor a valid coupon. She could hardly speak English. A&W used to be such a friendly place with great service and excellent food....Not anymore. We will not be returning!

    I have serious complain about the manager. She is violent in the work place. I am a university student that frequents an and w. She is always snarky and vain. Always looking me up and down like she is better than me and prettier ha ha ha she never smiles and doesnt know how to be a sane representative for a and w. When she approached me aggressively this morning she forced me to leave because I had yet to buy my coffee and then got rude and told me I had to leave. I told her thats no way to treat a customer ON THE ****** She then got violent with me and balagerantly yelled at me and expressed she was kicking Me out and I was never aloud back there. I go to that an and w every other morning for coffee @ 6. We have something that doesnt work in this equation. Because she has every right now to get fired and I have every right to return. What do I do? What a situation at

    Ordered through the app. The menu says one price for add ons and the app charged me double the amount. Contacted head office and the store and no refund has been offered to me let alone any compensation. Wonder how much extra money they’re making off people with this scam and banking on them not noticing.
