    Hi, I had asked this company to do a solar panel inspection on a house we were purchasing off grid. I don't know much about solar panels - my husband does - but I wanted an expert to look it over to make sure it was in working order before purchase. The owner had texted me and called me mansplaining that I should do my homework on this before purchasing this property - which I replied that he was my homework, that's why I'm contacting an expert. We probably would not have purchased property if he had done his job properly. I sent him images of the property and had my questions ready. I asked Monday May 27 if Friday May 31 worked, he said that would be fine as he's already doing work up there. We did not discuss a price or quote at all. I had to call that Friday to know which time would be best as I did not hear back from him. We decided on 1245 - Once we got there at 1235 on the Friday, he was already there with his dogs running around (which is fine.) he took me and my fianc aside to discuss the batteries, I asked him about some panel ideas, he showed me a photo of one he just installed up the road, when I asked about a quote on that - he said "this guy owns 2 a&w's" which good for that guy, but I was curious on the price. He would not give me a quote at all. I asked him questions regarding the unit and all he could say was "some batteries run red, your unit is only as good as your deadest battery, some need water and it works for her so just ask what she's doing and you'll be fine." Then his co-worker said "it's time to go" and they left. We were only there for 5 maybe 10 minutes which is being generous. I then receive a bill for 2 hours of their time and travel time. With no information regarding the unit. I've called multiple times to discuss the price, no one returns my calls regarding my concern only about payment. I've now been billed 3 times and unable to speak with anyone about the bill payment being unacceptable. They took advantage of us. I've also email
