    Buyer beware after trying numerous times came to the conclusion they could care less about what they sell, at times weak on declaring major issues. Biased towards the sellers (consignors) but not the buyers when you have a complaint no one get backs to you or no one returns complaint messages....

    I travelled all the way to the yard to see a 4Runner that was on the website. They only show from Thursday to Saturday, I was there on Wednesday. I should have known that as it's mentioned on the website. However, the 4Runer was already sold the previous Saturday but still on the website. This is poor business as they only update the website sometime on Thursday. **** ***** **** *** ***** ****** ** *** ******** *** ****** ******* ****** *** ******** ******* it may not be available at all.

That's the only way to be sure the vehicle isn't already sold. Very poor customer service all around. I don't think I'll be dealing with them in future.

    Continued auction after winning auction due to a missed bidder? With all the people watching for bids I don’t think so…. Was late bid and should have not cancelled my winning bid
