    I had a terrible experience in Park West Business Products, in Parksville, BC today. I took a parcel in for deliver with DHL. The parcel was scanned and I was told there was a tracking number. As a person who has had a few bad experiences with these tracking numbers and parcels lost I asked for an initial or signature on the copy of the return slip I had with me, just as evidence I had handed over a package. I was told in no uncertain terms NO. The store manager and and owner (Kevin), who took the parcel and scanned it would not give me an initial or signature. When pressed he made a "cross...X" on my return slip. Usually this means someone is illiterate but perhaps not in this case. When I said I would complain he told me by all means go ahead and tell DHL, the deliver company he does not want their business. Why I would be asked to do this is anyones guess. It would have been a small effort on this man part to initial he had received the package. As it stands now my parcel is just out there. I will never go in this store again.
