Incredible customer service. As a young couple, we aren't used to this level of care. In store, all our questions were answered and we were shown every option with absolutely no pressure to buy. We couldn't be happier with our new bed, and it was such a smooth process having it delivered. We didn't have to lift a finger. They took care of everything we needed. There is the utmost consideration for the customer at M&N, from every employee we interacted with. It is refreshing to experience, and we can't wait to come back when we are ready to purchase a new couch!M&N Mattress & Sofa

We needed a new mattress but didn’t know where to shop. We’ve heard really good things about M&N – solid reputation and known for carrying top quality products. Met Mark. What a pleasure. He knew his products, provided explanations that we could understand, answered many questions. Seemed to have unlimited time to help us understand choices, no pressure to buy. Good business practices and excellent return policy. Great opportunity for us to support local. We purchased a mattress on our very first visit to M&N. The delivery team arrived on schedule. They were professional and courteous. Took care removing the old mattress, bringing new one into the house, and setting everything up. Even had a follow-up call from M&N a few days after delivery to confirm that all was to our satisfaction. We are delighted with our new mattress and recommend M&N to any potential customer.M&N Mattress & Sofa
