    We had our patio resurfaced last year, picked some nice colours. After it was done it looked great, but about 9 months the colours faded really bad and blotchy spots. Called the company they came out right away to see it and they agreed with us, then they said they would credit us $2000 and that would take about a month. We have contacted them many times and they keep saying the money’s coming that was back in June 2024 now it’s Dec 2024 and nothing has been done! Do Not use this Company, they do not warranty any of the products that they use and keep stringing you along saying it will get done! All they are waiting for is the warranty to end. We had the patio done in 2023 with a 5-year warranty!

    Vancouver Island Rubber Surfacing agreed that the product had indeed faded. We contacted our supplier and sent them photos of the patio. Their response was "all rubber fades somewhat, and it can't be determined on how much it will fade" Our warranty is for workmanship ONLY, not fading. Our supplier agreed on giving us a replacement of the rubber used to the value of approximately $2000. We have not seen this credit and once we receive it, we will pass this on to our client.

    Horrible product and terrible installers left a mess of their garbage for us to clean up. The rubber surfacing was sloppily installed, and when the sealant was later installed it left white chemical stains all over the patio. Your complaints to Rep and Owner fall on deaf ears, they purposefully avoid and disregard your time to postpone for two years so the limitation for a civil suit expires.

    Out of hundreds of jobs that we have done this is a small issue we have encountered a very few times. This is not a workmanship issue rather than a product issue. We recommend a maintenance coat be applied very 4 to 5 years at a minimal charge.

    I think we were one of the first to get this product. In October 2020. They put down this surface. By June 2021 we started to have a problem with the black Pebbles of rubber coming off and the black ruining our socks and my grandbabies clothes from playing on it. I text the owner and explained the problem. It took him over a year to come look. Problem has still worsened. He told me he was going to come up and look at it last July with another person and never showed. He told me I could get the sealant put on for an extra $500 which I believe the sealant should’ve been put on from the beginning. After spending almost $7000 getting this surface done very poor customer service after they get their money.
