    We have been very patient; given this company multiple opportunities to fix this. We contracted this company to install a new air conditioner, furnace, and ducting as well as an on demand water heater. We did our research and received 3 quotes. Response was not the cheapest but seemed to be the most thorough. They did the work in November of 2021. Everything seemed fine until we went to turn on our ** in the summer of 2022, the breaker blew. So we had an electrician come in and check it and he determined that the breaker was fine; but the wiring was done incorrectly by the **** company. We called the owner, he came and confirmed that it was wired incorrectly. This was repaired. We had ** for about 4 days and then it stopped working. The owner came back and told us it was a faulty part. He replaced it under warranty a number of weeks later and then 4 days later after replacing it the ** quit again. He came back and told us there is a leak. By this time it's August and we don't have any **. And he has stopped responding. A year later we still don't have a functioning air conditioner. We went the whole summer without **. Initially the owner did come a couple of times and told us it was this thing and the next but then he stopped responding to our phone calls and emails. We have since had other **** professionals come in an they have informed us what a poor job was done. We spent almost $40, 000 to get this work done and we have had to have someone else come in and fix it. They left a mess in our crawl space - garbage, cigarette wrappers, parts, etc. They also didn't bother connecting some of the ducting - it just blows heat into our crawl space. We understand staffing issues and that management can't be everywhere to supervise, but a professional would come fix what isn't working and not avoid our calls.
