    Bought new home from Radec group March 2021. Was to be under warranty. Group did some repairs after move in but main issue was with the heating and cooling system. Which was not fixed. When trying to contact the company they stopped responding to calls or texts. Their voice message states they only accept text messages but they do not respond to these. Left with a new home that's heating and cooling has never worked properly and was not fixed by the builder and then would not take calls and doesn't have an office location.

    The home purchased does have a warranty with Pacific Home Warranty, a 2/5/10 home warranty.  After purchasing the home, we did have the manufacturers representative out to ensure the heating / cooling system was running most efficiently.  The system is complex, they made some recommendations to make it more efficient, we completed those modifications.  The system requires biannual maintenance, at the expense of the homeowner.  They did not contact us to do the maintenance.  Not sure if it was completed.  We have always been in contact with them.  We have always and still do have a physical office in town.  The homeowners did do a warranty claim on March 22, 2023 with Pacific Home Warranty and the items claimed were determined to not be covered by warranty.  Once a homeowner does a warranty claim, our policy is our communication directly with the homeowner stops as communication does then flow through the warranty company, whom then determines what is covered under warranty.

    We bought a park model home from ********** that was manufactured by Radec. The home was purchased back in June, and we have been waiting for the heat/AC unit and hot water to be installed since then. In the 4 1/2 months Radec has refused communication with ourselves and ******* as to if and when they might deliver and install the unit. Obviously this was part of the purchase and we have been given no information about it. At this point we believe the unit that should have gone in, is no longer being used so they just refuse to reply. I am going to seek legal action as there is no course of action given to us by either ******* or Radec.

    Radec manufactures Park Model homes, which Radec sells to **********.  ********** is Radec's client.  ********** then sells these park models to customers.  ******************************** bought a park model from ********** that we manufactured.  The contract for the purchase for the park model is between ******************************* and ********** and Radec is not privy to the purchase details or price.  The park model was delivered to ******************************* at the end of August / beginning of September we believe as we were told there was work to be done on the site to prepare for the park model and there were forest fires in the area in August that delayed delivery.  ******* informed Radec in October that a special propane heating system was required for this park model and site.  A gas heating system was not suitable.  Propane heating systems are special order items and a special order was placed for the propane system.  The system arrived last week on Friday.  Radec has sent an installer there today to start the installation process of the propane heating system.

    Radec has been in constant communication with ********** both written and verbal and as far as we are aware, our communication has been passed onto **********'s customer ********************************  We have not been contacted by ******************************* as she is not our client.  Radec does not agree with her statement that Radec has refused communication with ourselves and *******, as this is not the case.  ******* has not let us know of any other issues, as far as we are aware we have fullfilled our contract with **********.  If ******************************* has any other concerns, please have her contact **********.
