      They contacted me the day my loan was due by email; reading there was a glitch in their system that wouldn't allow automatic payments to be made and gave me instructions on how to make an etransfer for what I owed. The next day they sent me another email with new instructions. According to the screenshots I sent it was deposited to Venue Financial Services. I don't have another $91.20 to send them. If they didn't get my etransfer then it is sitting somewhere in cyberspace between my account and their account. I paid and followed the instructions.

      I can confirm for you that we do have your payment in full and it is applied to your account.

      I got a payday loan back in June 2023 due to unforeseen circumstances I havent been able to pay it. They ask me if I have moneys available I say no and they continue to try and pull it out leaving me with significant nsf fees. This being said somehow they collected information and started trying to pull it out of another account of mine with the legal obligation to do so. It states in the contract that if they pull money from an account without my permission they must stop at once and repay me the moneys that they have stolen and the company declined to do so.

      I had a payday loan with this company and made the final payment to my loan on August 31st of $191.68 and then reborrowed from them. On September 1st another payment of the same amount was taken out of my bank. I was told it's because payments are sent to the bank days in advance which is fine. I've been trying to get a refund for one payment since it was a double payment but they've been giving me the run around ever since. ***** ******** **** ** ****** ***** **** ******* ***** ** **** ** ** ******. I was told it would be today (Sep 7th) after it shows the payment was approved and deposited in their bank and now I'm being given another reason why they can't get me my money. **** ***** **** * **** ** ** *** I've already contacted my bank about it. I desperately need that money *** ******* *********** ** **** **. * ****** ********* **** ** * ****** ***** *** ** **** ***** ** **** ******** **** **** *** I have the supporting emails but I can't upload them. If someone is wanting them I will gladly forward them.

      We do of course apologize for the inconvenience, we have been in constant contact with our customer and have promised a resolution date of September 9th, 2022 as this is the date that the transaction will be settled in his account and a 'refund' option will become available. I will be in contact with the customer first thing tomorrow morning, September 9th to arrange an immediate refund.
