    We engaged this business to supply commercial disposal bins to a project site for the month of July.
    Service was great. Rates were within budget and competitive compared to past experience.
    We did not receive any receipts or invoices for charges to the credit card during July.
    In august 2 more identical charges of $414.75 each showed up on the statement, we did not catch them.
    In October, 2 more charges to the (september) credit card statement - $525.00 and $551.25. These were flagged and we followed up with Chris (assume he is the owner). We were told that this was an issue with their payment system and we would be refunded "right away" (Oct 25).
    Follow up texts over the month of November mostly unanswered, as we had our controller checking the card on a regular basis, and no sign of refunds. I called Chris on November 27th. No answer, left a message. He texted me back saying that he requested the refund last week. No sign of it. Looked back at other statements and noticed the 2 other charges of $414.75 which also appear to be extra - all of our work was completed in July and the charges to the card always came immediately after bins were removed, however we did not receive any invoices or receipts with breakdowns of services/fees, etc.

    I had renovations to do on the mobile home (single wide trailer) that I had just purchased when I moved to Penticton in August so I ordered a bin to put rock into that I was removing from my yard. The bin showed up, and I was billed $472.50. A couple of weeks later I checked my credit card statement and I had two additional charges from Dumpstars Disposal Ltd totalling $857.15. I then talked to an employee at Dumpstars and he informed me that he will be refunding both of the additional charges that he put on my account, this was in early September. He told me that the charges were refunded on September 6th but has not given me a refund receipt and I have not seen any of the money back in my accounts. I have been in conversation with my bank and they told me in order to get my money back I need a refund receipt from the company. I have been trying to get the receipt for a while now and the business has just stopped answering me. The last time they replied was on September 26th.
