      Date of Transaction was in September 2023 We paid 3000$ to as they have said to secure a spot and that the money will later be applied to the school resources I would use and take.The business was committed to then provide me schooling and lessons towards a Commercial Pilot Licence, but never ended up doing so.The nature of this dispute is for a full refund as I have never taken any resources from the school nor have ever done anything with the school to as much as starting.We have tried numerous and numerous amounts of times with them not answering or returning our calls and emails and having in person meetings after trying to set it up for months on ends and then saying that they would send the money back and then not sending anything in months and then trying to set up another meeting in person then after months they say that they are not sending the money and now that we owe money because months have went by, but I do not understand because how can we have a bill invoice when we were supposed to get refunded and are now getting charged when they were supposed to give the money back.They got me to sign a registration form that had a very deceiving contract in it and had no one explain it to me and had a easy docusign system using my one signature to autofill everything which was very easy to manipulate and take advantage of with no one ever explain or discussing anything with me.

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Canadian Flight Center (CFC), a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) flight school in *********, ******, which I believe has engaged in misleading ************ an international student, I contacted CFC in July 2024 to inquire about their Flight Dispatcher course. CFC guided me through the application process and accepted my advance deposit Im august 2024. However, after falling into making deposit of $3,000 for my acceptance, I started making request for PAL (provincial attestation letter) as required by **** to apply for study permit, they still kept telling me be writing a letter to tell them why PAL should be issued to me and I should attached accounts statement to show I have sufficient amount to cover my studies, after my persistent mails, they eventually informed me on August 29, 2024 that the course I intended to pursue was not eligible for PAL issuance under the ***** rules.they were fully aware that I am a prospective international student and should have disclosed this information at the onset, especially given their knowledge of **** regulations but they did not.CFC further advised me to come to ****** and take the exams on a visitor ***** which is clearly against **** regulations. This advice, combined with their delay in disclosing crucial information, led me to withdraw from the program. Despite this, they mail me that theyll only refund $585 out of my $3,000. I believe this deduction is unfair, as my withdrawal was a direct result of their misrepresentation and lack of transparency. I feel frustrated and cheated because the withdrawal from the program was solely due to their misleading information and contradicting communications which mislead me otherwise i wouldnt have made the deposit.I trust that this matter will be investigated thoroughly because deducting 2415$ and willing to refund just 585$ is unfair. I didnt attend any classes and it was strictly their fault
