    Bought a $13,000.00 ***** oven from them at the end of February. They assured me that it had been tested and was working properly. They said we had 30 days if there were any issues. After getting the oven installed, it has multiple issues. It is leaking water internally, probably due to the fact that they had it stored in a tent outside and something froze and broke. When we let them know about the issues, they brought up the fine print on the bill of sale that said sold as is. I asked them if their word is worth anything. They haven't responded. DO NOT TAKE THEM FOR THEIR WORD.

    Hi, this is about a company, name Maple food equipments address 19055 Airport Way #509, Pitt Meadows, BC V3Y 0G4
    I opened up a restaurant and i ordered almost over $45,000 equipments for it from them. They promised all equipments are good and in working condition. And they will provide after service if anything happens with the equipment. From the very first day when i received equipments. Except new equipments that i bought from them any other equipment has issues. Something is leaking , fryer leaking oil, freezers not freezing, new fryer came broken, i bough 2 freezer one cooler all 3 has issues. Had to close my location and move stock somewhere else to run my business. I tried to contact the owner he never called me back. , i have all his text msgs he keep promising to call me back but never did in 2 months. He even telling me that may be i amateur and i do not know how to run things. He is not responding and he even sold me equipment’s with no Tag on it about the information. Ovens are not reading temperature burning everything. things are going bad in few days because coolers and freezers are not cooling enough. Did not exchange the equipment that i wanted to exchange they asked for 35% of the cost for restocking plus i have to lay fir delivery as well. I want them to know what they did is not right someone is opening a new business this is the last thing he would expect. Have been struggling with them and getting technicians to fix issues but still its not fixed. If anything can be done that be great.
