    This business owner also owns a business called ****** ******* *** ************ **** ******** **** *** **** ******* ****** ***** (****************** ** *** ******* ******.All West serviced my ******* mother's fireplace for $183.40 in Jan 2023. Onsite came last week and serviced her fireplace again, for a similar cost. If these businesses are owned by the same person, and that person is the contact for both, why are they doing the same job in less than a year? He should know what work has been done under the name of both companies.I won't even go into how the person spent about 15 minutes 'servicing' the fireplace. He checked for gas leaks and wiped the glass. That's it.** ***** **** **** *** ****** ********* ** ** ******* ****** *** *** ****** ******. I would avoid All West and Onsite. I don't think they are trustworthy.

    ************** you called and we have spoken on the phone . As I explained one of our sales person contacted your mother not knowing that the fireplace has been done months ago and you gave me your number for future contact to avoid this the confusion. We did not charge your mother and as a service we clean the glass check burner and gas leak check pilot check and run the unit to ensure that unit is safe . There is nothing else to be done unless repair needed . We have been servicing your mothers fire place for years and this mixed up happened only now and thats not fair to call us not trustworthy. As a business owner for the confusion that happened we will not charge your mother for the recent service provided . I hope you understand and we hope to keep the relationship stronger going forward sorry about the mixed up .

    I have no record that you have been servicing my mothers fireplace for years, and would be interested in seeing those invoices. Also, how many years? I see from your profile that you have been in business less than 3 years. I appreciate that you are not charging for the 2nd cleaning in 7 months. However, I still don't understand how your sales people have no records as to what work has been done by your two businesses. I hope you can sort that out, so this doesn't happen to another elderly person who doesn't remember.

    I received a phone call from All West Heating saying they had previously serviced my furnace and they had a special on. Their company name is similar to the company I regularly use and I mistakenly thought it was the same company so I agreed to a service call. Within minutes of their technician arriving (late) he started listing parts that were showing wear and identified “carbon” residue which he said was from a worn part (in fact the residue was dust). He estimated the worn parts at $1200.00 and he said it would be more cost effective to, eventually, replace the furnace. I became suspicious and started asking him questions about the owner of the company. His answers were vague and evasive. I got on my phone and confirmed it was the wrong company. The technician became argumentative and I asked him to leave before he had done any work. A company representative phoned me about an hour later, asked me what the problem was, apologized and said he would “look into it.” ** ***** ** *** * ******* ** ******* ********** ** ***** ******  *** **** **** ** ******* ******* ** ** *** **** ****** * **** ********* * ******* **** **** ** ******* *********

    **** **** **** **** *******.
    He came to repair the toilet flush and charged us more than $500 !!
    The toilet started to leak right away, even worse than before.
    I called and emailed him so many times , but he never came.
    Finally after 1 month, he sent another plumber to get it repaired but the plumber said at the first look it is not possible to repair as the toilet is too old.
    I asked him to refund the whole amount but he only refunded less than half.
    he didn't know what he was doing in the first place, then he overcharged us ,( charged $169.00 for the part which cost only $20.00 plus so much labour and visiting fee !!). Terrible experience.

    This lady is not technical and try to explained million times that u have toilet drainage issue on top of other parts *** *** ******* *** ** ****** and u got ur money **** **** * ***** ******* ****** I can not help u

    Shawn aka javid is a technician I wouldn't recommend **** ** ** **** *** **** *** ********** * ***** **** ** **** *** Not only did he not properly repair the boiler first time but when asked to replace the part he gave up when he couldn't find it from a supplier. So all in all we were overcharged (over $200) for a 30 min visit and basically left on our own to find a part from across the border and fix it ourselves. Mind you this whole commotion occurred over 5 days with constant back and forth to try to get answers from him. Thanks for nothing All West Heating Services Ltd.
    P.s the receptionist lady is super rude to deal with. ** **** **** ** ***** **** ******** *** **** **** **** ** *** ********

    I tried helping this lady I could not find part locally and I told her I can not find and ask someone that can help . ** **** ** **** ****** ** ***** * ***** ********** * Of course I need to charge for my diagnositic fee and travel . And she dealt with different company and I am just a sub contractor why is she complaining to me instead of the company she hired
