    May 2021 my husband and I hired Ikonic Enterprises Ltd. to professionally install a flagstone path.
    Service was provided in June 2021 and paid for in full $2,500.00 + GST
    Grout in the flagstone path began and crack and crumble in August 2021.
    September 21, 2021 - Repairs were made. Corey H***** (General Manager) was on site and advised if issues continued Ikonic would return to fix.
    November 29, 2021 - new cracks appearing and flagstone coming loose - left message with reception at Ikonic office for Corey H*****.
    December 1, 2021 - I called Ikonic office back and Corey H***** answered phone. Apologized for being delay "we are very busy". Said he'd come out and take a look. He did not.
    Between December 2021 and April 2022: various text messages between Corey and I.
    April 4, 2022 - I called Ikonic offices to advise nobody has come to take a look. I also left a voice message on Corey's cell phone ************.
    June 6, 2022 - I talked to Corey. He apologized "they have been too busy". He stated "the other path they installed for another customer is fine". Said he'd "come out and take a look soon". He did not.
    September 19, 2022 - I called Corey and he asked for photos. Photos sent via email. Response received via email "best if I come take a look and come up with a game plan". He did not.
    November 7, 2022 - I sent a follow up email. Advised issue is getting worse. Response received via email "I'll stop by this week. sorry about the delay". He did not.
    November 21, 2022. - I sent a follow up email asking for a $2,500 + GST refund offering to pick up a cheque anytime.
    November 24, 2022. Response received "apologize, didn't realize Friday was a holiday. Been sick this week. Will talk to our tile setter today and get back to you on a date to have tile setter come" He did not provide a date for tile setter to come.
    November 25, 2022. I sent an email recapping the back and forth over the past 14 months and stated my preference at this stage is a refund. Since he has expressed so many times how buys they are this is the best solution.
    No response.
