      I would like to issue a warning regarding the use of this service!!!We recently engaged Avrio to assist ** with our 2022 tax return, but unfortunately, our experience with them was highly unsatisfactory. We specifically sought their help for filing our personal and business tax returns, including our rental property. However, Avrio's performance was lacking in multiple aspects. They failed to include crucial information in the submission, leading ** to question the accuracy of their work. To verify their results, we conducted a comparison using TurboTax, and it became evident that Avrio's numbers did not align with our previous years' returns. Given that we have high-paid jobs, this discrepancy raised serious concerns.Adding to our frustration, our attempts to contact Avrio multiple times went unanswered for an entire week, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism on their part. We were left with no choice but to reach out to the *** for guidance, and they advised ** to resubmit our taxes to correct the errors caused by Avrio.Considering the disappointing experience and the consequential inconvenience we faced, I strongly advise against using Avrio's services.Best regards,****** & ******
