    That man is so rude, he was scheduled to install our appliances but didnt showed up on the day he was supposed to be here, didnt called to let us know. I had tried 4 days prior to confirm with him but never heard from him. In the end he put that on me by saying I didnt contacted him (not for the lack of trying) and simply hang up on me. I was left so shocked as I really did nothing wrong but in the end Im grateful I didnt have him installed our appliances, renovations are stressful enough without having to deal with individual like him. Being in business for 20+ years like he keeps repeating in his reply doesnt make you a nice person, Im really suspecting his 5 stars reviews but if it works for you great, he was a complete let down for us but more importantly is his really negative attitude in general thats completely unnecessary, Im happy to stay away from people like him.

    We had them in to cap and shut off our gas connection as we were transitioning from a broken gas stove to an induction stove. **** was quick, efficient, extremely friendly and professional. Was very happy with the service.No hesitation in recommending this vendor or employing for future jobs!
