The technician dealt with our fridge problem speedily and efficiently. Furthermore, from his visit I learned some very valuable lessons that will help ***** end in the future. His charge was less than that quoted by his office.***********************

I want to say beware of this company. We ended up getting a whole new appliance set from them after their repair of our fridge didnt work which was weeks of grief. Hindsight, I feel the whole deal was a scam from the start. Months after the fact our neighbor fixed our other perfectly good, quite new fridge with a *********** from the hardware store. The guy that came to repair initially was bad and then it got worse from there. This was some time ago but it still bothers me that they ripped us off as I paid 500$ for a repair that never worked when it should have cost us a 50$ part and a service call. Beware, beware, beware

Very poor service, **** ****** **. The company came and "fixed" our stove and dishwasher for $700 only to have the issues continue. They replaced parts that weren't broken and the issues were not fixed. They have strung us along for 5 months and have yet to issue us a refund. We have had to buy a brand new stove. I, personally, would not recommend this company. They want to give us a $250 refund ... that is not a solution. We paid for a service that they didn't deliver.
    They have also deleted my comments and reviews on ********, ***** ********* **** **** *** *** * **** ******* ******* *******.
    Update: they are now offering a 50% refund if we sign a contract agreeing to remove all of our reviews and not post them again. ***** ** ****** ***** *** ** *** ****** ******** ***** ***** **** ***** ******* ***** *** ********* **** **** *** ** ****** *****

Dear ******,We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience with ElectraFix. After reviewing your case, it has come to our attention that you had an inspection done on your dishwasher but decided to repair it yourself after our diagnosis. Furthermore, your oven had issues with a few parts that were faulty and you decided to purchase a new oven. We understand that our policy regarding the return of installed parts may have caused some frustration.Despite reaching an agreement to refund 50% of the total repairs, it is disheartening to see that you have chosen to leave a negative review and attempt to damage our reputation. We take our commitment to customer satisfaction very seriously and always strive to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner. We would like to assure you that we are continuously working to improve our services and we value your feedback. If there is anything further we can do to address your concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.Sincerely,Max, **************** Representative *************************

Thanks for your reply. It is not honest and you are not telling the truth. You only "valued" the customer feedback and service after we shared our negative reviews of our experience. And you only agreed to a partial refund after my husband signed a deal to take down his feedback. That is called bribery and is another poor business practice. We paid for a service, the service failed to fix the issue and, yes, we purchased new appliances because you weren't answering us or fulfilling your services or repairs. Your response is false and full of fake concern. @BBB: this line, "and have not been offered any incentive or payment originating from the business to submit a comment."This business, Electrafix, does in fact offer payment from the business to remove or 'correct' reviews. If you want a copy of the contract they sent to my husband, let me know and I can forward it on.
