    On the 24/10/2023 Me and my husband took our ********** with a recovery car to the repair shop (As new autobody)we met ***************** the owner's assistant who got payment of 5k out of 10k ******** .We were asked to pay more 3k by January 13th awaiting to be called to pick up our car and pay 2k remain until now ************ now change the language ordering us to go and close our **** Claim while **** is not paying for our repair its a private repair he himself called **** and they told him so . He told me that i am new in ****** that i may have a lawsuit that i may be sued trying to make us distracted instead of focusing on taking our family car back .The ********** 2017 is not a rebuild car it had never had an accident it does have low millage it has no issue on engine it was hit on left back light and scratched by a tree on left and front bumper .Now he is using our money to what ? its an abuse of power because we cannot pay a lawyer to represent us . What is he doing after 6 months ? Now he is no longer talking to us we need justice . Its a family .
