    I fortunately used Simsan Fraser Maintenance to rid our roof of **** and clean the gutters. Amhed was the gentleman who did the work. I cannot say enough great things about this company from ******************** and especially ***** who worked tirelessly from 11 am to 7:30pm to make sure our roof was not only free of **** and would not return, he cleaned our gutters until they were spotless. What was also impressive was the cleaning up after. The value of the investment far far outweighs the price charged. They are courteous and ensure you are completely satisfied with their work. I would definitely endorse this company and will no doubt use them and recommend them to anyone.

    I used Simsan Fraser and was totally pleased with the work of removing all the moss and gutters on our roof. They came on time and were totally professional with the whole process. I was concerned because of the bad review on this website but was totally happy we went with this firm.
