    On July 26 2022
    Ordered 2 window screen, 1 patio slide, 1 portable AC insert plexiglass for window
    Was quoted by owner Ryan 580.00 cad and I paid 50% cash on July 26 2022 as deposit
    I followed up my order and was finally getting the screens installed 1 month later on Aug 30
    Ryan told me he forgot the AC insert in another van and only installed the 3 screens promising he will come back or have the AC insert dropped off following day.
    On Aug 30 I paid the remaining amount 580.00 in full trusting their company is just 5 min away
    I still did not receive the AC insert now in Jan 2023, it's been 6 months
    Every month I tried texting Ryan and leaving voice mail to their company line to follow up
    No reply from the company and no AC insert plexiglass dropped off
    I've left them bad ****** review in Nov and was asked by them to take down the review again promising they will do good and drop off the AC insert plexiglass

    I removed my ****** review in Nov but again no AC insert plexiglass
    I called left multiple message and text demanding them to complete the order or partially refund or full refund no reply no acknowledgement until this day

    on Jan 30 2023 today I've put another ****** review seeking resolution

    On Aug 18, the business owner came to my condo to measure for a screen door. I was told it would be 1 week to 2 weeks max. I sent the deposit of $241.50 by etransfer that same day. I contacted the owner on Sept 7 but no answer. On Sept 24, I was told of his personal challenges, on Sept 29, I was told he had a door and would install it on Oct 4, no answer and no action. On Sept 30, Oct 3 and Oct 4, I attempted communication but no reply. We exchanged communication on Oct 11 and then On Oct 26, I was told he'd install on Nov 2 I sent 4 more messages with no reply. On Nov 1, I was told it would be installed and I took a vacation afternoon from work to be home for the install. Wasted my time and the 1/2 vacation day as nobody came. The next day, I sent an email and cancelled my order and requested a refund of my deposit of $241.50. Since then, empty promised and no refund.
    I still wait for my deposit to be refunded on Dec 10, almost 4 months later. I have since had another vendor provide a screen door.

    In August, company took measurements for a sliding screen door. This service was not provided and no refund was given. Amount owing is $275. Other screens on invoice were installed in August. We tried many times to reach company via text and voicemail. Owner (Ryan) did reply once in November ** *** ** **** ** *** ****** ****** *** ***** *** **** ** ** ****** * ***** We have heard nothing since then.

    Hi

    it has been over two month that we paid $900 deposit to South Coast screens. They scheduled twice to come and install the screens, but did not show up. They did not call to notify us. Since then they are making empty promises. they do not return our calls or text messages. Today i noticed their website no longer accessable, phone goes straight to voice mail.

    We are very frustrated and we want our $ 900 back.
