Our basement flooded from a broken pipe in the ceiling on a Saturday afternoon, and within two hours of calling, Atlantis Restoration arrived with workers and equipment to begin the emergency response process. From the project's start to finish, Atlantis advised each next step for repair and were very responsive with any of our questions. The drywall installers, carpenters, electricians, flooring installers, and painters arrived as scheduled, did excellent work, and always cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend Atlantis Restoration.

1 starThe worst. ******** employees who make no effort to restore things in anyway how they were. Things stuffed in corners and buried any old way on the mistaken assumption it wouldn't be noticed. Things that were carefully packed prior were yanked out of packaging for cleaning, not returned and then stuffed any old place. Cleaning was haphazard at best. My mother's carefully organized art supplies were scattered around the basement rather bizarrely as well as shelves and shelves of books completely disorganized. Employees laughing and playing loud music as they did their poor job. We didn't have them fix their lousy work as we didn't trust them to. Reprehensible, A sham of a company. Atlantis was wonderful to deal with throughout the leak in my condo, they were kind, responsive and professional and contracted with great tradespeople. Would recommend Atlantis to any friends and family!Atlantis Restoration Ltd.

Due to a roof leak, we experienced leaking into a room below. We engaged Atlantis to replace the damaged ceiling along with any needed insulation and vapour barrier. Ceiling texturing and room painting followed. The project ended with any needed cleanup of room.All work was done with a competent, dedicated focus, promptness, and demonstration of strong work ethic in a hospitable fashion.I would recommend this company to anyone.Atlantis Restoration Ltd.

We had our fridge die while we were on vacation and the resulting water leakage required a new floor. We selected Atlantis from the list provided by our insurance company (BCAA - they were phenomenal) based on the positive reviews Atlantis had already received. We were NOT disappointed. From start to finish, they were extremely helpful, professional, on-time, etc. ***** (project manager) and ***** (project coordinator) were amazing. All of the subcontractors were on-time, issues addressed as they came up, and they shortened the schedule to accommodate us getting our furniture back early. Can't say enough about Atlantis and all of their trusted contractors. We would HIGHLY recommend using Atlantis.Atlantis Restoration Ltd.

When our roof leaked a couple of weeks before Christmas, we were not looking forward to the process of an insurance claim and the selection of a restoration company to make the repairs. Past experiences over the years with other restoration companies were not very good. In one case. there was more damage made to our home than was originally part of the claim. We chose Atlantis upon a recommendation and after we had checked on other companies from a list provided by our insurance agent. We have not been disappointed by our selection. Our project manager was professional, friendly and coordinated our restoration without any issues. The sub trades were always on time, professional and very skilled in their trades. The entire experience was not stressful because we knew we were in good hands right from the start.Atlantis Restoration Ltd.

Atlantis gets??????????. ***** was the project manager for my restoration and he and all of his staff were very helpful through the whole process. All the subcontractors they engaged were very qualified, professional, and courteous. Adding to that they were always on time and trustworthy. Our basement was flooded and we were given some choices by our insurer for companies to contact. I am glad that I looked at previous reviews and decided on Atlantis. Now having gone through the process, I can atest to the workmanship and respomsiveness of the Atlantis Restoration team.
