    We hired this company to refinish our oak floors. He was very late most days saying the traffic was bad. After the job was finally complete everything looked fine so we paid the final amount. However, the next day we noticed multiple deficiencies and some damage where he had rolled the piano back onto the floor where the finish was not yet cured/dried. This damaged the floor. The owner ******* our calls asking him to return and fix the flaws and damage. For months he ******* multiple texts from us and occasionally responded saying he would return, ******* texting he was busy and behind on other jobs. We could not get him to commit to a date or time. He ******** us by saying the damage was our fault for having cheap rubber in the piano wheels. He finally came over to assess the damage and said he had never seen anything like that but acknowledged he would fix the other flaws. He said he would need special machinery to fix the damage and was going to run down to the shop to get it. I expected him to return shortly but we never heard from him again until months later- after repeated texts from us again. ** **** ** ******* **** **** ******* ** *** ***** **** ********* *** *********** We never heard from him again.The service was more expensive than competitors but we thought we were going to get a superior job plus he provided a lifetime guarantee. But we cant get hold of the owner.We would like others to know how unreliable, unprofessional, overpriced and poor quality this business is. We would also like help to get the repairs finished or reimburse us to cover the costs by a competitor.

    Bestwood Floors Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any accusations or damages pertaining to this customers point of view or the damage they caused by ignoring the 72 hour curing time the floor finish requires before furniture is replaced. This customer rolled a piano onto their freshly coated floor which voids the warranty. Due to this customer’s ******* disposition towards Bestwood Floors Ltd. we suggested hiring another company to repair the damage they caused. Thank you, Lawrence Watson.
