I originally contacted Daniel at Sky Limit Heating to quote me on installing a combi boiler in my home in July 2021. After several problems with the initial installation, solder joint leaking and a gas leak, everything had been working until this week. I noticed on June 19, 2023, and my heat had stopped working. I called Daniel, and he said he was driving and would get back to me later that day. I called and texted him multiple times and he would not return my calls. I then called him again on a friends phone 2 days later, he called back immediately. When I told him who I was, he again told me he was on the road, pretended to be confused about our previous conversation and my text messages, and said he would call me back later that day when he was no longer driving. He again will not respond to my calls. I called in another company, they came immediately and identified several problems with the installation, the intake piping has literally fallen apart, poorly supported and improperly glued. Also the intake pipe where it exits the building should have had a 90 degree elbow installed to prevent moisture intrusion and damage. I questioned Daniel and his installer David about this when they installed the boiler, and they assured me this was OK as this was a condensating style boiler and this is drained off. The Tech that visited me from another company on the 23rd, informed that is only true for the exhaust stack NOT the intake! The big kicker, the 5 year warranty is voided on my less than 2 year old combi boiler, the cause of my loss of heat is still being diagnosed by the new company I hired. At the very least, Sky Limit Heating should be repairing the ducting properly at no charge to me and refunding me the service call from the new company as they would not respond to my calls.

My fireplace stopped working, so I called thinking it needed a cleaning and repair. When he came, I thought he was going to be here for an hour and actually do something, but he just rushed, vacuumed the bottom and cleaned the glass,
that's it. It's still all dusty inside and he was here for 15 mins. It wasnt working properly after he left and required multiple attempts to get it to start. 2 days and my fireplace has stopped working completely, so I phoned him up and he says I'm too busy to come, your fireplace is too old and hung up on me. This is how you treat your customers just take the money and run? I left a review and he writes back saying I'm refusing repair and got it for free and *****, and posted my name. When you hang up on me is that what you call refusing repair and paying 180 for fixing my fireplace is that getting it for free, I think if your the owner you need to satisfy your customers and you stop making up ****!
