      Bad customer service skills. I recommend double and triple checking your order before proceeding, and again before you accept receipt of the products ordered.

      My initial contact with ****** was very positive. The job was quite small and I understood products would be 8-10 weeks before delivery. At multiple stages I asked for updates and sometimes I would get an emailed response. When I asked again for an update I was told the installers would be there the next day. I told him that wasn't feasible and a day was arranged for later in the week. The cabinet was dropped off in my yard while I was not home. When the installers arrived I learned that the finish was incorrect, and in addition the counter top and sink were not brought.
      I was under the impression all three pieces would come together.
      New cabinet parts were ordered and now I have had to wait 3 more months.
      The correct cabinet parts have now been installed but when the counter top was brought, the hole for the sink was cut wrong, and the sink that was brought was the wrong colour.
      The customer service received from this company has been sorely lacking and I would find it very hard to provide any sort of recommendation to use this company.
